Foreman

Job No: LORE7
Location: Vancouver, BC

About You:

Are you a highly organized, high-achieving Electrical Foreman who loves the feeling of accomplishing large build outs? You thrive in face paced environments and managing a team to complete technical build outs on time and on budget.

Does it drive you crazy when sites are messy, staff are lazy, or quality is lacking? You are on site for one reason: to get the project done on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

You are a high energy, natural leader with the technical skill and experience to oversee complex projects. You hold yourself to a high standard and see every project through to completion, without cutting corners.

Lore Electric is looking for a rare individual. Someone who is a high energy, high performing leader who can manage people while executing even the most complex electrical projects. You enjoy being on the tools, driving production forward, and making sure quality is upheld from start to finish. You do this work because you love it, and that passion shows up whenever you’re on site. You will work closely with the management team to keep projects on track, crews moving efficiently, and operations running smoothly. If you are sharp, driven, and not afraid of hard work, we want to hear from you.

  • Driven & Accountable: You are highly driven and don't stop until the job is done. You take ownership of the site, stay ahead of issues, address problems early, and you don’t wait to be told what needs to be done. Your consistency and work ethic set the pace and standard for the crew.
  • Hands-On Leader: You lead by example on tools and in planning. You set clear expectations, follow through, and are comfortable having direct conversations when standards are not met. You support apprentice development and hold your crew accountable to safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Technically Strong: You have a deep understanding of multifamily electrical construction and are confident making technical decisions on site. You can read and interpret drawings, manage layout, solve complex installation issues, and ensure work is completed to code and specification without constant oversight.
  • Detail oriented: You care about quality. You expect clean organized sites, accurate layout, and work completed to spec. You track scope details and do not rely on shortcuts to stay on schedule.
  • Team first mindset
You understand that strong projects are built by strong crews. You collaborate with project management and other trades, respect the chain of command, and focus on the success of the team rather than personal recognition. You measure success by smooth execution, quality turnover, and a crew that performs well together.
