Supervisor

Job No: LORE8
Location: Delta, BC

About You:

Are you a natural leader who feels energized by training, developing, and empowering people around you? You lead with humility, and don't shy away from accountability or tough conversations. You believe that high performing teams are built on character, integrity, and trust, not shortcuts or ego.

You are a seasoned expert who understands commercial electrical work inside and out. Complex projects do not intimidate you. You see problems clearly, think critically, and can calmly explain even the most challenging details to others. People trust your judgement because you have earned it.

Does it drive you crazy when job sites are left messy or when work is done inefficiently? You take pride in doing things the right way. Everything you touch is done with intention and care. The drive for excellence burns inside you, and it shows in everything you do.

If this resonates, chances are you have either owned your own company or have seriously considered it. You are someone who takes ownership naturally. You care deeply about your work, your team, and the people you serve.

Lore Electric is looking for the best Commercial Electrical Supervisor in Vancouver to help lead and grow our field teams. This is not a standard 7 - 4 role. This is for someone with an internal drive to lead, someone who demands exceptional work, and someone who cares deeply about their team and their clients.

If you do this work because you love it and want to help build something meaningful, we would love to hear from you.

  • Driven and Accountable: You have a strong internal drive to do things properly and see them through. You take ownership naturally and do not wait to be told what needs attention. You set a steady pace for the team through your work ethic and standards.

  • Technically Strong and People Savvy: You are highly skilled in commercial electrical work and confident in your technical judgement. At the same time, you understand people. You can read a room, communicate clearly, and adjust your approach depending on who you are working with. You move easily between solving technical issues and supporting your team through people challenges.

  • Proud of the Details: You care deeply about quality and execution. Clean job sites, efficient workflows, and quality work matter to you. You pay attention to drawings, scope, and contract details, and you do not cut corners.

  • A Natural Leader: You lead by example and hold yourself and others to a high standard. You support growth and development, and you are willing to have direct and honest conversations when needed. You believe strong teams are built through trust, accountability, and consistency. You expect people to care about their work as much as you do.

  • Humble and Team Focused: You understand that great projects are delivered by strong teams, not individuals seeking recognition. You take pride in your work but do not need the spotlight. You value collaboration, respect, and integrity. You measure success by the quality of the outcome and the strength of the team around you.
